Have Questions About the New Airport Pay Parking System?

The expansion and upgrade to the airport parking is being done to meet current and projected demands on the airport facility.

What sort of payment methods will be accepted when I go to pay for parking?
You will be able to use any major credit cards and cash.

How will I pay for parking?
Payment will be received by 3 kiosks placed in and around the airport. There will be 2 kiosks in the building and one outside at the arrivals door.

Will there be a grace period for those picking up or dropping off?
Yes, there will be no charge for those staying less than one hour.

How will you monitor who is paying for parking and who is not?
The parking lot will be gated, similar to parking lots at other Canadian airports. When you enter the parking lot you will be required to take a ticket before the gate opens. You must submit this ticket into the kiosk when you are ready to leave. Once you pay the appropriate fees, that ticket will allow you to exit the parking area by submitting it at the exit gates.

Will there be plug-ins available during the winter months?
No.

Will there be enhanced security within the parking lot?
Security will remain the same.

How much will I pay for parking my car?
You will pay a single charge of $1.50 per day.
