Tender Management System - Public Tenders

 


 

 

 

The Government of Yukon Tender Management System (TMS) allows businesses to access public tender documents and information and receive automated email notifications.

The purpose of TMS is to:

  • enable government employees to more efficiently manage the process of creating, amending, approving and publishing public tenders.
  • increase government's service to businesses.
  • allow interested parties to be notified of public tender opportunities.

Benefits for registered users:

Signing up for an account (becoming a registered user) allows full access to the system and all its benefits, including the ability to:

  • Download, save and print active public tenders.
  • Create a profile and receive email notification of newly published public tenders.
  • Add yourself to plan holder lists.
  • Confirm receipt of bid submissions by Contract Services.

Businesses will continue to have:

  • the ability to view all open, closed, and pending award procurement opportunities, and
  • access to details about closed public tenders including the list of bidders, value of bids, and if awarded, who the contract was awarded to.

Open public tenders posted on the current webpage have been uploaded to the new TMS.
