RFP - Old Crow Roadworks and Drainage Improvements Project

Project Description:  A Request for Engineering Proposals for the provision of engineering services for the design, tender development, survey layout and control as well as construction inspection and supervision of the Old Crow Roadworks and Drainage Improvements Project.  Proponents’ attendance in a pre-submission meeting is mandatory.

A Mandatory pre-submission meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Services meeting room in the Government of Yukon Administration Building, 2071-2nd Avenue, Whitehorse, Yukon.

Proposals clearly marked “with the above project title”, will be received up to 4:00 pm local time, Thursday, November 26, 2009, at Contract Services.

Terms of Reference are available for viewing on our website.  Proposal submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria indicated in the Proposal Documents.  GST does not apply to this project.  The lowest or any proposal is not necessarily accepted.  This tender is subject to Chapter Five of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
