RFP - Fulfillment Services for Department of Tourism and Culture

Description:  This project is to fulfill tourism collateral to potential visitors and tourism partners from the Department of Tourism & Culture.  Requests can range from a single piece of collateral to bulk orders.  It will require the ability to receive data from our data system, fulfill, track and report.


Proposals clearly marked “with the above project title”, will be received up to 4:00 pm local time, Thursday, October 29, 2009, at Contract Services.

Terms of Reference are available for viewing on our website.  Proposal submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria indicated in the Proposal Documents.  GST does not apply to this project.  The highest ranked or any proposal is not necessarily accepted.
