RFP - Conduct an Assessment and Develop a Procedures and Operations Manual for the Yukon Business Nominee Program

Project Description:  Contractor/consultant is required to complete an assessment of the Yukon Business Nominee Program in the context of developing a detailed Procedures and Operations Manual, sample forms, checklists, and guidelines.

Proposals clearly marked “with the above project title”, will be received up to 4:00 pm local time, Thursday, October 15 2009, at Contract Services.

Terms of Reference are available for viewing on our website.  Proposal submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria indicated in the Proposal Documents.  GST does not apply to this project.  The lowest or any proposal is not necessarily accepted.
