Sealed tenders, completed in accordance with the Specifications of Tender on the forms provided and plainly marked “with the above project title” will be received up to 4:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at Contract Services.
Site Visit: September 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
