Yukon Public Service Out of Territory Recruitment Advertisement Services

Project Description:  Using an experienced advertising agency for recruitment outside of Yukon will provide for a single source for coordinating and reporting on outside Yukon recruitment advertising; access to national market and media research; and a strategic and professional approach to the development and placement of job advertisements outside of Yukon.

Proposals clearly marked “with the above project title” , will be received up to 4:00 pm local time, Thursday, September 10, 2009, at Contract Services.

Proposal submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria indicated in the Proposal Documents.  Terms of Reference are available for viewing on our website.  GST does not apply to this project.  The highest ranked or any proposal is not necessarily accepted.  This tender is subject to Chapter Five of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
