Project Description: Blanchard Camp is located at km 145.1 Haines Road.
Sealed tenders, completed in accordance with the Specifications of Tender on the forms provided and plainly marked “with the above project title” will be received up to 4:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Contract Services.
