Marsh Lake Water Treatment Plant and Intake Phase 2
Project Description: Supply all materials and construct a water treatment building and plant on site near Army Beach.
Sealed tenders, completed in accordance with the Specifications of Tender on the forms provided and plainly marked “with the above project title” will be received up to 4:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at Contract Services.

Documents are available for viewing on our website. GST does not apply to this project. The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted. This tender is subject to Chapter Five of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
Bidders are advised to review Supplementary General Conditions – “B-1” within the contract documents to determine Certificate of Recognition (COR) requirements for this project. COR is an Occupational Health and Safety certification program.
This project is funded by the Yukon Government and the Government of Canada through the Building Canada Plan.
