RFP - Public Service, Recruitment And Retention Strategy

Project Description:  The Public Service Commission is seeking proposals for a research and analysis of current practices and a strategy for future approaches.

Proposals clearly marked “with the above project title”, will be received up to 4:00 pm local time, Wednesday, August 19, 2009, at Contract Services.

Proposal submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria indicated in the Proposal Documents.  Terms of Reference are available for viewing on our website.  GST does not apply to this project.  The highest ranked or any proposal is not necessarily accepted.
