Description :
Any person or company importing beverages or selling them for resale must have a beverage container dealer permit. Dealers are required to submit beverage container surcharges monthly.
Any person or company that collects beverage containers and issue refunds to consumers must be registered as a depot. Please consult the Environmental Protection and Assessment of The Department of Environment before obtaining the depot permit.
