Locals and visitors are getting a taste of Yukon's culinary industry

Yukon’s dynamic culinary sector is once again being showcased this week during the Yukon Culinary Festival.

The event takes place August 24 to 26 in Whitehorse. The festival will showcase local chefs and locally harvested and produced ingredients, as well as Yukon farmers, businesses and organizations involved in the culinary field.

The Tourism Industry Association of Yukon (TIA Yukon) is organizing the event. The Government of Yukon is supporting this year’s event with a $35,000 contribution.
