Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to visit two Yukon communities this September

WHITEHORSE—Yukon will host the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in Whitehorse on September 27, and in Whitehorse and Carcross on September 28.

“I am excited to welcome Their Royal Highnesses to the territory on behalf of all Yukoners,” Premier Darrell Pasloski said. “The Duke and Duchess’ visit to Carcross and Whitehorse is a special opportunity for us to share our beautiful territory, rich culture and renowned hospitality with them and with the world.”

The public will be invited to share in a celebration in Whitehorse on September 28. A detailed itinerary and more information about other public opportunities will be released closer to the Duke and Duchess’ arrival in Canada.
