Part 1 lists all Acts in the Revised Statutes of the Yukon, 2002 (“RSY 2002”). These Acts came into force on January 1, 2003. It also lists all Acts enacted by the Legislature of Yukon after December 31, 2002, the cut-off date for inclusion in the RSY 2002. Unless otherwise noted below, Acts that were enacted after the December 31, 2002, cut-off date came into force on the day they received assent. This Part does not list Acts that were included in the RSY 2002 or Acts enacted after the December 31, 2002, cut-off date that have been repealed for more than 5 years. The notations below are current to December 31, 2008.
