Explanatory Note: The following is a list of Acts, or sections of Acts, that were enacted before December 31, 2002 (the cut-off date for inclusion in the Revised Statutes of the Yukon, 2002) but which had not been proclaimed in force at that date and had not been repealed. They are still not in force. They are not included in the Revised Statutes of the Yukon, 2002 or the Table of Public Statutes.
